What does my new mattress warranty cover?
Your new mattress warranty covers anything that is considered manufacturer defect.
What are the requirements of the new mattress warranty?
It must also meet the guidelines set by each mattress manufacturer as it is described in their warranty card.
Your mattress must be free of any stains, rips, tears, or damages.
If my bed is found to be defective what happens next?
The mattress manufacturer will repair or replace the defective mattress. Mattress Star will assist through the entire process.

First and most important: Please look through your mattress manufacturer warranty card and look at the details of their mattress warranty defect guidelines and make sure that the mattress is free from any stains, rips, tears. Then you can contact our Customer Service department.
